Reports
The report builder will let you define custom contact exports by selecting which fields to include and applying visual filter conditions to narrow the results.
What to expect
Section titled “What to expect”- Field selection — choose which contact attributes appear as columns (name, phone, email, policy type, effective date, referral source, etc.)
- Visual filter builder — set conditions using the same query builder used by dynamic tags. Filter by policy type, tags, enrollment source, referral source, demographics, and more. Combine conditions with AND / OR logic.
- Saved configurations — build a report once and re-run it whenever you need fresh data.
- If you need contact exports today, use the CSV export on the Clients page (admin-only — look for the export icon in the toolbar).
- For audience segmentation, dynamic tags use the same filter engine and are available now.
