Trainings
The Training Center is an interactive learning library built into Traise. Staff can work through guided demos at their own pace without leaving the app. Administrators with the SUPER role can add new training content and notify the team when it’s available.
Getting there
Section titled “Getting there”Click the Training Center option in the navigation. It opens as a full-screen dialog. You can also navigate directly to /training for a standalone view.
Finding and completing trainings
Section titled “Finding and completing trainings”The Training Center opens to a browsable library of training cards. Each card shows the title, a thumbnail, a short description, and the estimated duration.
Use the search bar (results filter as you type) or click a category pill to narrow the list. Available categories include Setup, Dashboard, Tasks, Team, Contacts, Messages, and Phone.
Use the filter dropdown to show All trainings, Completed, In Progress, or Not Started. Sort by Default, Newest, Most Popular, or Shortest Duration to surface what’s most relevant.
Your overall progress appears as a bar at the top of the page — it shows completed trainings versus total available.
If you’ve started a training but haven’t finished it, a Continue card appears at the top of the library so you can pick up where you left off.
Click any training card to launch it. Trainings use an interactive Arcade demo format — follow the guided steps inside the viewer, then close to return to the library.
Adding trainings (admins only)
Section titled “Adding trainings (admins only)”Users with the SUPER role see an Add Training button in the Training Center.
- Click Add Training.
- Enter a Title and Description.
- Add Tags to make the training discoverable by category.
- Upload a Thumbnail image — it will be automatically resized to 400 × 200 px. Use a clear, representative image.
- Enter the Arcade ID for the interactive demo you want to embed. The Arcade ID comes from your Arcade account for the specific demo you’ve published.
- Use the rich text Details field to add any additional context, prerequisites, or notes for the learner.
- Toggle Notify users on if you want the team to receive an in-app notification when this training goes live.
- Click Save to publish.
- Shortest Duration sort is useful for onboarding: have new staff knock out the quick wins first so they feel productive early.
- The “Not Started” filter helps managers quickly identify which team members haven’t started a required training — combined with the progress bar, it gives a fast read on team readiness.
- Arcade IDs are specific to each demo in your Arcade account. Make sure the demo is published and publicly accessible before adding it here, or learners will see an error when they launch it.
- Progress resets if a staff member clears their browser storage or switches browsers. For compliance-sensitive trainings, confirm completion directly with staff rather than relying solely on the progress indicator.
