Phone & dialpad
The Phone module is Traise’s built-in VoIP system. You can place and receive calls, conference in a teammate, manage a call queue, and review post-call summaries — all without leaving the app.
Opening the phone drawer
Section titled “Opening the phone drawer”Click the phone icon in the main app header. A drawer slides in from the right side and stays open while you navigate the rest of the app. It has these tabs:
- Dialpad — type or paste a number, then click Call. A volume meter shows your microphone level while the call is active.
- Peers — lists your online teammates with colored status dots. Click a peer to call them directly or add them to a conference.
- Favorites — contacts you’ve favorited, shown with their phone numbers for one-click dialing.
- Recent — coming soon; call history will appear here.
- Call — appears automatically while a call is in progress.
- Last Call — a post-call summary with duration, number, and any notes.
- Queue — visible when your account has a call queue enabled; shows waiting callers.
