Your profile
Your profile is how Traise identifies you to clients and teammates — it controls your display name, your phone extension for call routing, and your security settings. Take a few minutes to fill it out completely before you start working with clients.
Getting there
Section titled “Getting there”Click your avatar in the top-right corner of any screen and select Profile, or navigate directly to /profile.
Updating your personal information
Section titled “Updating your personal information”-
On the Profile page, click the Edit button (or click directly into any editable field).

Update the fields that apply to you:
- Name — your display name shown in messages and call records
- Email — your login and notification email address
- Phone — your direct phone number
- Extension — your internal extension for inbound call routing; ask your admin if you’re unsure what to use
- NPN — your National Producer Number, required for licensed producers
- Role — your job role within the agency
- Employee Groups — multi-select from the groups your agency has configured; determines which queues and permissions apply to you
- Location — only visible for agencies with multiple locations; select the office you work from

Click Save to apply your changes.
Uploading a profile photo
Section titled “Uploading a profile photo”- Click your current avatar or the photo placeholder at the top of the profile page.
- Choose an image from your computer (headshots work best — square crops display cleanly).
- Adjust the crop if prompted, then confirm.
Setting up multi-factor authentication
Section titled “Setting up multi-factor authentication”Your administrator may require MFA. Even if it’s optional, it’s strongly recommended.
- Scroll to the Security section and click Enable MFA.
- Open your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, or similar) and scan the QR code displayed.
- Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app to confirm the setup.
Changing your password
Section titled “Changing your password”Scroll to the Password section, enter your current password, then enter and confirm your new password. Click Save.
Activity dashboard
Section titled “Activity dashboard”The top of your profile page shows an activity summary you can filter by month and year. It tracks: Tasks, Follow-Ups, Scheduled Messages, Contacts, Policies, Messages, Calls, and Service Rating — a quick way to review your own output over time.
