Welcome & first login
Traise is your agency’s central hub for managing clients, messages, tasks, and phone calls. This page walks you through logging in for the first time and landing on your dashboard.
Logging in
Section titled “Logging in”Navigate to your agency’s Traise URL and you’ll see the login screen.

Enter your email address and click Continue.
If your email is associated with more than one account (for example, an agency with multiple sub-accounts), a Platform dropdown appears. Select the correct account before moving on.

Enter your password and click Sign In.

If your agency requires multi-factor authentication (MFA), the password form is replaced by a 6-digit verification code entry. Open your authenticator app, find the Traise entry, and type the current code in the
999-999format shown.
Forgot your password?
Section titled “Forgot your password?”Click Forgot Password on the login screen. Traise pre-fills your email and sends you a reset link.
Trouble with MFA?
Section titled “Trouble with MFA?”If you lose access to your authenticator app or get a new phone, you cannot recover MFA on your own — there is no self-service option. Contact your agency administrator and ask them to reset MFA on your account.
After you sign in
Section titled “After you sign in”Successful login takes you to the main dashboard at /. From the left navigation you can access:
- Contacts — your client list and CRM records
- Messages — SMS and chat threads
- Tasks — your to-do board and follow-ups
- Phone — the soft-phone panel for calls
- Calendar — scheduled events and reminders
If you see a network error on login, check your internet connection — Traise shows a specific message for connectivity problems rather than a generic failure.
