Traise Intelligence
Traise Intelligence is the home for AI-powered features on your account. What you can turn on depends on your Intelligence plan — a separate add-on with three tiers: IQ, IQ+, and IQ Max.
Navigate to Admin → Traise Intelligence (/account/info/intelligence). A chip next to the heading shows the plan you’re on.
Plans and what they include
Section titled “Plans and what they include”Today, Voicemail Summary, Call Summary, Dec Pages Compare, and Agency Pulse are available, all included on the IQ plan at no extra cost. Every other feature — and the IQ+ and IQ Max plans — is on the way and shows as Coming soon. The comparison table at the top of the page lays this out; your current plan’s column is highlighted.
| Feature | IQ | IQ+ | IQ Max |
|---|---|---|---|

How daily allowances work
Section titled “How daily allowances work”Most Intelligence features are metered: each one has its own allowance for how many times it can run per day, and that allowance grows with your plan. The rules below apply to every metered feature.
Where to see your numbers. The comparison table at the top of Admin → Traise Intelligence shows the allowance for each feature on each plan, and each available feature’s card shows the allowance you’re on today. Those are the live figures — always read them from the app rather than from this guide.
The allowance is per agency, not per user. Everyone on the account draws from the same pool. If your allowance for a feature is ten and three staff members use it, that’s ten between them, not ten each.
Each feature is metered separately. Using up your Dec Pages comparisons for the day has no effect on voicemail or call summaries.
Everything resets at midnight UTC. That is not your local midnight — UTC midnight falls in the late afternoon or early evening of the previous day across US time zones (around 6 PM Mountain, 7 PM Eastern). So your allowance refreshes partway through the business day rather than overnight.
Unused allowance doesn’t carry over. A quiet day doesn’t bank anything for a busy one. Each day starts fresh at the same number.
Turning a feature off and on again doesn’t reset the count, and neither does changing plans. The day’s usage stays on the account until the next reset.
What happens when you reach the limit
Section titled “What happens when you reach the limit”It depends on whether the feature runs automatically or you trigger it yourself.
| Feature | At the limit |
|---|---|
| Voicemail Summary, Call Summary (automatic) | The voicemail or call is recorded and transcribed exactly as normal — it just doesn’t get an AI summary. Nothing is lost and nothing errors; the summary simply isn’t there. Activity resumes at the next reset. |
| Dec Pages Compare (on demand) | The workspace shows today’s usage against your allowance, and the Compare button is disabled with an explanation once the allowance is gone. If you submit anyway, you’ll see “Daily Dec Pages Compare limit reached. Try again tomorrow.” Uploaded files and existing comparisons are untouched. |
Turning features on
Section titled “Turning features on”Below the comparison table you’ll see a management card for each feature that’s available on your account — today, that’s Voicemail Summary, Call Summary, Dec Pages Compare, and Agency Pulse. Features still in development don’t get a card; they appear only in the comparison table above, so you can see what’s coming without extra clutter here.
Each card has a toggle to switch the feature on, and metered features show their current daily allowance. Some cards have an info icon next to the title — click it to see exactly what data that feature sends for AI processing.
Once more features launch, any that your plan doesn’t include will show a Requires IQ+ / Requires IQ Max badge instead of a toggle.
Enabling a feature — the disclaimer
Section titled “Enabling a feature — the disclaimer”When you switch a feature on, a short disclaimer appears explaining that the feature sends data to our vendor’s AI service for processing, and noting that your data is never used to train third-party AI models. You confirm with Acknowledge & enable before anything is turned on.
The disclaimer also offers a Redact personal information (PII) switch:
- Off (default) — transcripts and summaries keep names, phone numbers, and other details. For voicemail this is usually what you want, since the summary’s job is to capture who called and their callback number.
- On — PII is redacted from the stored transcript. Note this also strips those details from the summary, so callback numbers and caller names won’t appear.
You can change the PII setting later from a Redact personal information (PII) switch on the feature’s card. It takes a few minutes to apply the change to new recordings.
Features
Section titled “Features”More features — Live Call Assist, Custom Voice, and others — are on the roadmap and will get their own pages as they launch.
